Welcome to Shefware. Please read this End User License Agreement (EULA) before downloading, installing, or using any Shefware Products. By installing and using any software, you agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not install and use the products. This EULA is motivated by standard software licensing practices used in the software industry.
Shefware gives you the limited, non-exclusive, non-recoverable, and non-transferrable license to install and utilize the product as per the terms of Agreement and license purchased by you. The software is licensed to you and not sold. The license permits you to use the software for your personal, educational, professional, and internal business goals. The total number of devices, users, and systems on which software installed relies on the particular license purchased. All rights reserved in this agreement are not granted by Shefware.
The software is developed to assist users in viewing, managing, converting, migrating, backing up, recovering, and processing online data and files. You might utilize the product only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You are responsible for the important rights and permissions to access, process, and transfer data managed via software. We do not verify ownership of data being processed and believe all actions run by the user are authorized.
To safeguard the cohesion and intellectual property of Software, you might not copy, reproduce, distribute, rent, lease, sublicense, sell, publish, or make available the software to any third party without written permission from Shefware. You may not change, reverse engineer, or attempt to explore the source code of software, except where these activities are allowed by the applicable law. You are prohibited from removing any copyright notice, trademarks, and branding components within the software. Any kind of unauthorized use of Software results in on-the-spot termination of the license and leads to legal action.
The product contains its source code, design, features, logos, trademarks, documentation, and all associated materials, which are the properties of Shefware and are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. This grants you the right to use Software and does not transfer any ownership rights.
We may give a free trial for some software products to permit users to test features before buying a license. The demo versions might contain functionality restrictions, usage limitations, and expiry time. These versions are offered for evaluation and might not be utilized for commercial environments unless it is allowed. We have the right to change, suspend, and discontinue trial versions at any time without any notice.
We release software updates, patches, bug fixes, security enhancements, and update features or new versions of the software. These updates may be provided automatically or by manual download. Some updates need an active maintenance plan and subscription. Otherwise, all the updates offered by Shefware shall be governed by the terms of this EULA.
Users are empowered to generate backup copies of crucial data before utilizing the software. It makes every effort to make sure the dependability and accuracy of products. The result of data migration, backup, conversion, and recovery relies on factors outside our control. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of the results created by the software.
The Software is offered on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without any warranties. To the extent increased by law, we disclaim all warranties, containing but not restricted to warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy, and dependability. We do not guarantee Software will meet all the user requirements, function without any errors, and convert, back up, recover, and migrate in every scenario.
Under no circumstances are its employees, affiliates, or partners liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the software. This contains, but is not limited to, data loss, loss of profits, business disruption, and system downtime. In any case, our entire liability under this agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by the user of software license.
This agreement stays effective until the termination. We have the right to terminate your license immediately of you break any rule of this EULA. After termination, you must stop all use of software. The provisions of intellectual property, warranty disclaimers, liability limitation, and governing law shall continue to stay in effect after termination.
The use of the software may include the collection of some technical or functional details crucial for licensing, activation, support, and enhancement purposes. Any information collected by Shefware will be managed as per with Shefware Privacy policy.. By using software, you agree to the information described in the applicable Privacy policy
The agreement is governed as per the applicable laws of jurisdiction in which Shefware operates. Any conflict arises related to the agreeement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts under that jurisdiction.
